Principle Försäkrings AB is here for everyone who lives between Roslagen in the north and Södertälje in the south – regardless of whether you are a pensioner or a hipster, born in Vasastan, Åkersberga, Damascus or Värnamo.

Stockholmers come from all over the world, but we know a lot about those who live here. Many commute over 6 weeks per year, and perhaps that is why 15% of us dream of living in the countryside. Most households consist of single households, while cohabitants with children are second most common. We start more companies and go to the theater more than in the rest of the country.

When others want to be everything to everyone, we want to be the best here – on our home ground.

Principle Försäkrings AB is customer-owned, which means that you as a customer are also a partner. Through the council, you can influence the company's future - nominate yourself or another customer by September 30 at the latest.

Corporate Governance

The articles of association and corporate governance in Principle Försäkrings AB regulate the company's structure, governance and decision-making processes. As a customer-owned company, the owners' influence is exerted through the council, which is elected annually. The general meeting is the company's highest decision-making body, where important issues such as board elections and company development are handled.

Our work began in 2011, and since then we have followed Stockholm's development.

Principle Försäkrings AB has its roots in 1844 and has since followed Stockholm's development. We have always been here for our customers, created security in everyday life and handled everything from historical fires to the innovations of the future. Always close, reliable and easy to deal with.
